RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS POLICY

All purchases are subject to the terms below. Please review this policy carefully prior to completing your purchase.

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are considered final sale.
Mahjong Social Tiles does not offer standard returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Any exception—including refunds, replacements, or store credit—is granted solely at the discretion of Mahjong Social Tiles. and is not guaranteed.

Discretionary Review

In limited circumstances, we may choose to review claims related to:

• Items damaged during transit

• Packages confirmed as lost by the carrier

• Missing items from an order

All reviews are:

• Case-by-case

• Not guaranteed

• Determined exclusively by Mahjong Social Tiles.

Submission of a claim does not guarantee approval or resolution.

Claim Timing & Documentation

All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@mahjongsocialtiles.com

If requested, customers must provide:

• Clear photographs

• Order details

• Any additional documentation required for review

Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without requested documentation may be denied.

Return Authorization & Condition

If a return is authorized at our sole discretion:

• Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging

• All accessories, inserts, and materials must be included

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Refunds & Replacements

If approved at our discretion:

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

• Replacements are subject to product availability

• Store credit may be offered in place of a refund

Processing times vary by payment provider and carrier.

 

Product Photography & Variations

Product images are professionally styled and edited for web presentation.
Variations in color, texture, or appearance due to lighting, materials, or screen settings do not qualify for return or refund consideration.

Custom & Personalized Items

All customized or personalized items are final sale.

If clarification is required and no response is received within two weeks, the item may ship without customization. In such cases, the customization fee may be refunded at our discretion. Items shipped without customization cannot be returned for later modification.

Promotional Pricing

Promotions, discount codes, and sale pricing are valid only during the stated promotional period.

We do not offer:

• Retroactive discounts

• Price adjustments

• Refunds for price differences on prior purchases

Reservation of Rights

Mahjong Social Tiles. reserves the right to:

• Refuse any return, refund, or replacement

• Limit or deny future transactions

• Modify or update this policy at any time without notice
